Exercises Designed to Improve Your Golf Game!
Functional Golf has teamed up with National and World Aerobic Champion Mindy Mylrea to bring you the GolfKinetics Fitness & Conditioning Video Series - a group of exercises specifically designed to help you take your game to the next level as well as aid in injury prevention. The only fitness equipment required to perfom the exercises is a medicine ball, stability ball and tubing.




Flexibility Training >>
Joint flexibility can lengthen the golf swing and increase club head speed. These exercises will help increase your movement and mobility, and help with injury prevention.

Circuit Training >>
These exercises focus on strength for integrated muscle joint movement which will help you master golf swing rotation, and core exercises to generate power and strength within balance.

Core Training >>
The core is your engine. Having a strong flexible core allows for consistency of movement, posture alignment integrity, muscle endurance and true kinetic linking. These exercises work the core!

Cardio and Strength >>
In these exercises we will alternate golf specific cardio and strength exercises to develop muscular strength, joint flexibility, movement coordination and balance under pressure.
